Wellness Plan

As you begin this work review of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self is vital so we can work with a plan catered to you.  Celebration of what is going well and savoring sensations connected to your progress strengthens your  shifts and changes.  Updating your plan or goals enables you to continue to progress in creating what serves you.  Any wishes you have are important to communicate including wishes you have for your relationships, family, and the larger community you relate to.  Anything you think would be helpful is important to mention. 

Care Between Sessions

The Pre-Session Form is meant to give you a place to note issues, questions or progress between sessions.  This serves as support and an activator for clarity.  Prior to your sessions issues usually start to come to the surface to be acknowledged, released, or clarified.  Making time to fill it out prior to each session or between the sessions is usually helpful. You are welcome to add your own questions, comments or write any extra information you think is helpful.  If this is not helpful to you or you do not have time to fill it out this too is acceptable. If an issue comes up between sessions and this is not enough assistance, you are welcome to book a session or call for an after-hours appointment. These requests are important to me. Often the presenting issue resolves and you do not have to waste precious energy and time waiting until your next scheduled session.

Getting the Most from Your Sessions

It is best to do all phone sessions siting or standing. Be in a comfortable private place and have a blanket, pillow, tissues, warm water, paper and pen and a headset ready.  The phone consultation number is:  (425) 572-0224.  Please call at the time you are scheduled for your session.  When you are presenting your issues, being concise will help you to focus and receive more from your sessions.  Please use the Sensation Form to help with this.

To get the most from your sessions it is helpful to make sure you are hydrated and rested (drinking water at a gentle pace throughout the day and 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night). For three days prior to your session please eliminate any alcohol consumption or anything else that may block or aggravate your body or mind (limiting sugar and caffeine is very helpful).   

Lastly, you can have your Pre-Session Form available for your reference during your session.  Prior to your session review any notes, note additional goals or intentions and take time to ground or center yourself as much as you can.
