These 60-minute silent clearing audios are a tool to support optimal health and ease so it is helpful to be in a private space where you can just be while using them. The integration portions provide support to strengthen your energetic field in relationship to the best version of yourself. During the silent clearings and integrations, nature sounds are provided. If you rather have silence, turn the volume down just above the lowest setting. They can be used for powerful clearings while you sleep, eat, workout, walk, work with practitioners, interact with family or support between sessions.
For best results use the Master Pack once in the morning and evening, daily. Try whichever track you are moved to use in the morning and the other for the evening. This will give you a variety of clearings each day. You may have one you feel moved to use everyday. In support of your treatment plan protocol your doctor may recommend one or both in a specific way using Autonomic Response Testing. Experiment and see what serves you.
After listening, stay aware and open to witnessing shifts and changes in sensations. The more you focus on the sensations rather than thoughts, and allow yourself to breathe comfortably through your nose, the more you will benefit from the clearings and integrations. Clearing sensations may come and go or continue so keep your mind free of assessments, judgments or labels so you can witness the effects billowing out. To support the momentum of the work, marinate in sensations you want to grow like openness, calm and joy. Acknowledge any improvements, even if they seem small, so they can have a growing effect.
The consistent practice of using this support is where the greatest benefit comes forth versus how long you listen. Even a short time of being with this support makes a difference. Habitual practices of getting support and energetic clearings can now replace habitual practices of negativity, worry, overthinking or other draining habits. This support helps create a new energy field and supports the best version of you coming forth.
With this work you now have the opportunity to create new habits outside your session. Instead of ruminating or engaging in a habit you may want to change, use these audio tracks along with walking, sleeping or just being in the current moment with your breathing and sensations to create a new habit.
