Transgenerational Clearing Intake Session

Our soul honors the realities of the family soul and it does not rest until every member and event is fully acknowledged with support, love and forgiveness.  When we clear the life patterns that did not start with us and create a new energy field aligned with the best version of our self everyone is effected.  In our session we will bring in clearings and other work noted on this site to help unveil what needs to be acknowledged.  Clearings and exercises will  free up sacred space for a new template of being to be actualized.  


Question 1:  How does Transgenerational Clearing work?


Answer:   Transgenerational Clearing clears the energetic barriers caused by transgenerational trauma so the body can bring in its innate wisdom in whatever forms or layers it needs to facilitate healthy patterns of functioning. Through the quantum field particles of matter form when we put our attention on something. A wave of possibility becomes a particle or what "matters". Our judgments, beliefs, and thoughts from our linage and our life become what matters and we lose our Self and possibility. Transgenerational clearing neutralizes these particles and turns them into waves of possibility where we can create, get curious and discover what resonates with us.  We uncover more of who we are by showing up in the moment with our attention.  Being with the sensations we experience helps us to stay in this momentum.  Clients often experience possibility as dark, light, or open space within the body. Sensations of waves, pulsing or a sensation of a void are also possibility!  Heat, chills, or shaking will often occur as the nervous system establishes a new relationship to this open space of possibility or a new normal.


Question 2:  When you do Transgenerational Clearing, does it also effect ancestors and descendants?


Answer:  If they are open and they do not maintain judgments and belief systems that recreate the problem they too can be effected. In physics there is a law of attraction. If people are going to continue to judge and believe a certain way they will continue to create that.  The wounds of the past are kept alive by the mind.  When people come from their heart, being present in the moment, they end up living their current life in all it's glory.  The key is to maintain a state of possibility while establishing what one wants to effect or create.  As you do this you relate to others in a different way which helps them recreate themselves if they are open to it.


As this work is actualized, other family members often respond to these shifts.  I have heard many reports of other family members getting healthier and interactions becoming more fulfilling.  In these sessions we will work directly with family members who have past on who need help shifting blocked energy so everyone can move towards resolve. Clients have also reported family pets becoming healthier.

Question 3:  What do I do during a Transgenerational Clearing session?  What are you doing?


Answer:  During a session you are getting help with how you encode beliefs, words and interpretations in your body, mind and energy field.  When I ask you to allow an image from early in childhood or earlier to come in on its own versus looking for it you will need to let go of your mind and free associate. When you get the mind out of the way and free associate this encoded information can effortlessly come to consciousness since it is already here.  I then ask "what are you saying to yourself deep inside" (at that young age or memory in the image which could be ancestral). These internalized words and beliefs create the pattern held in the quantum field and nervous system we are trying to resolve to open a space for optimal health or a better version of yourself. This process coupled with how I am holding space for you and doing silent clearings generates the clearing on a energetic level.  Once it clears energetically it will also start to have a physical shift noted in sensations.  The physical shift, or alchemy, usually happens in layers but sometimes it is immediate.  The sensations make a noticeable shift or there may be a slight shift in the tone, depth or area of the sensation. Secondly, I am working with your breathing to reset the vagus nerve and create a new pattern of consciousness connected to your nervous system. You will be asked to do 3 slow breaths inhaling for 10-30 seconds and exhaling for 10- 30 seconds or as close to this as possible (in & out through the nose).  The breathing is not meant to distract you from the sensations, but rather, it is to be gently coupled with feeling the sensations.  Through the whole process I am working on an energetic level with clearings connected to the sensations and encoded beliefs you are experiencing. 


The last step is integration.  When your body is feeling more open and calm I will give you some time to marinate in those sensations while I do an integration process.  I will end with any necessary information you need to support your new energy field.  It is important to ask whatever questions you have in the session when they come up. These questions often help with the process of creating your new energy field and the new thought processes that will support it.  I will talk more about this below.


All sessions start with any doctor recommendations I need to note, what you need to present and any information noted in your Pre-Session Form.  Use of the Pre-Session Form between sessions enables a place to note issues or questions so you can let go of thinking about them.  When you present your issue it is helpful if you are concise, thumb-nailing it into one sentence.  Re-reading this page helps. If nothing comes to you for your session I will give you my recommendations.  


These sessions are jam-packed with 47 years of my research, training and discovery so there is nothing quite like it.  Sometimes people get hung up on trying to understand it.  I still do not fully understand it since the work keeps evolving.  I find what works best is to take what is helpful and then witness and stay open to all the possibilities that start to unfold.


Question 4:  What do I do with pain or uncomfortable sensations?


Answer:  When we take a sensation which you may label or judge as pain and work with it it is totally cleared by the end of the session even if the body is still moving through an alchemy of sensations. If you continue patterns of judging, analyzing, etc., the energy gets recreated in the quantum field. Often the sensation is slightly different and represents a totally different body memory or layer of issue.  When it gets categorized as the same sensation or issue, or labeled, this recreates the issue and undermines the powerful results.  This requires you to get grounded and focus on the subtle difference in sensations related to what your body is speaking to.  The key is to stop reinforcing or recreating the problem by calling it "pain" or any other label which is a judgment that has low vibration. Instead, start breathing into the sensation, quiet the mind and stay open to possibility (higher vibration).  Once clients fully clear the pattern, or all aspects of it, and the thought process connected to the pattern (habit or over thinking), they often do not even remember what they worked on (the memory is gone in the body, mind and energy field). 


What you do outside the session is just as important as what is done in the session. Following the guidelines here and the coaching I give you during your sessions is incredibly important.  It is beneficial to periodically re-read this intake session since I add things to it and it strengthens our intentions for this work.  Research shows it normally takes 12 times of hearing something or reading something  to fully bring it into memory.  


Question 5:   Can this work with dental issues?


Answer:  Yes, I have had clients use it to help and assist cavatation surgeries, dental issues/treatments and resolve pain/inflammation post-op.  The teeth are connected to the meridian system, and the entire body, so they can reflect changes going on in other parts of the body. 


This work is not meant to replace dental care, medical care or other therapies recommended by your doctor.

6. What Is Transgenerational Memory & What Proof Do We Have That It Exists?

Transgenerational memory is the original memory of unreleased emotions and trauma as well as our inherent gifts.  This memory can manifest in symptoms such as disease and contribute to the creation of the reality we wish to change or improve.  As transgenerational trauma and shock resolution unfolds, increased feelings of ease and deeper connections of love for everyone can be realized.  The inherited gifts can be more fully accessed and appreciated.

 

With release of transgenerational memory and patterns clients report:

Creating Your New Energetic Field

The wall of the cell has what could be compared to an antenna that downloads environmental cues from the choices made by human beings in relationship to their environment. When we consciously and intentionally complete our actions rather than recapitulating old patterns or acting out of imitation, we are able to recreate ourselves by stimulating those antennas with different vibrations, sensations and associations. The inside of the cell has a nucleus with the blueprints of possibilities or the DNA. These blueprints are not destine realities unless we reinforce them with our behaviors, choices, beliefs and habits.


We all have two kinds of processes going on in our brain. The first one is deliberate thinking which you can start and stop.  The second kind is automatic thinking. This automatic thinking is where the negative stress cycles originate. This automatic thinking is a self-sustained feedback loop between the emotional brain, the limbic system, and the cognitive brain. This dance between your emotions, sensations and thoughts creates your opinions about yourself and your life. These opinions which constitute your mindset, drive your decisions and actions.  If mindset is based on anxiety or trauma (including generational), illness and dis-ease reflects this.  For health to have a chance a healthy mindset is needed as well as a new thought process!  


With transgenerational clearing energetic fields connected to trauma are neutralize so automatic thinking can be influenced by new sensations such as calm, open and ease. Through the process of marinating in, or savoring these new sensations for three weeks, new neural networks are formed.  Secondly, the conscious practice of creating your new energy field with breath into sensations you would normally judge or label can reduce the propensity to restart the automatic thinking. With this process of neutralizing transgenerational trauma a new energetic field of possibility can now support the discovery of one's true heart desires allowing the process of optimal health to unfold naturally and free from a survival mentality of the past.  Because this is a learning process coupled with clearings sessions weekly or every other week provide the best support for learning retention. 


Through sessions and practice you can start to see your automatic self-regulation processes of the physiology perform optimally without conscious intervention of your feelings or thoughts. The innate wisdom of your body has the greatest ability to harmonize and coordinate the diverse functions of your organs. With the clearings clients will sometimes feel a sensation of neutrality, ease or nothing in place of contraction, pulling, twisting, etc. The new sensations reflect the process of changing particles of matter to waves of possibility!  In the space of possibility there is a larger Orderliness which is much more able and greater than any mind.  In this space of being in the moment, you can effortlessly witness your greatness, beauty and nobility!  


Now you are free to actualize your true self and optimal health with a daily practice of being in the moment, breathing through sensations free from judgement and marinating in the sensations you wish to grow.  This creates your new energy field which creates the mental, emotional and physical reality you experience.  


In your new energetic space nourish yourself with what brings you joy.  Singing, dancing, traveling or whatever it may be, consistent self care and support is key.  This will help you to manifest your energy field in your image and likeness, soothing  your body, mind and spirit.


What you do outside your sessions can be just as impactful as the sessions.  This information is to help assist your process of reprogramming yourself for greater possibilities outside your sessions.  It can also help the limiting habits of the mind such as judging, labeling, internalizing, needing to be right and having expectations.  For assistance reprogramming yourself/habits check out Dr Joe Dispenza's meditations and books:

When we stay open to possibility and curiosity the clearings often continue to have beneficial impacts continuing after the sessions. This  way you also stay open to the possibility of something even better than  you can imagine (-: 

Working with More than one Therapeutic Modality

Question 7:  I am conscious of having a therapist while I work with you, what is your opinion on that? 


Answer:  Seeing a local therapist or practitioner along with Transgenerational Clearing can be a great support and it can help build your new energetic field. This work helps support other therapies and treatments' effectiveness since the generational patterns are energetically neutralized paving the way for new patterns of consciousness.  Clients find it helpful to scheduled this work prior to other therapies, doctor visits, surgeries and dental procedures.  See the Clearing/Surgical Elixir page for more information.  


I have tested this work with treatments from other practitioners finding consistent patterns of benefits.  Some of these include:  less time needed for treatment, increased responsiveness in bodywork and acupuncture, faster recovery-post op, less sever complications with dental and surgical procedures, and increased clarity in work with another practitioners.  The Practitioner Support page lists a number of practitioners I have tried along with some that come highly recommended.  


Question 8:  Can EMDR do the same things as this work?


Answer:   EMDR can be helpful in that it provides bilateral stimulation to the brain to help process traumatic information.  With my many years of doing this work I saw benefits but I did not see it fully clear the energetic piece which helps to create the same issues or pattern from coming up at a later date. I have had clients do EMDR for many sessions and get greater results from one session of Transgenerational Clearing.  I have seen the same thing with tapping, hypnotherapy and other mental health techniques I have practiced.

The Effectiveness of Working Remotely and Sensitivity

Question 9:  How can you do remote clearings without Autonomic Response Testing  or having a relationship with the other person? Are there some limitations? 


Answer:  I find what I sense in my body and see with my inner eye is much more specific to the energetic patterns contributing to the physical or mental issues showing up in the client's body. When I work I allow my client's body, mind and energy field to direct the work so I can be present and connected to what my client needs. What makes it so powerful is your willingness to show up for yourself and do the work while allowing your self-healing capacities to unfold.  


In my experience there is a "Knowing Field" we all have that connects us all.  In this Field everything we need is already available exactly they way we need it when we need it. In this Field all family issues that impact us, generated in our present life or past generations, stays alive until it is acknowledged, dealt with or cleared.  


I have done this work in person and remotely. This work is more effective when clients close their eyes, allowing an inner eye to do the seeing. Zoom and in-person sessions can promote distraction from this inner focus. Since I feel, know and perceive what I need to understand over the phone I too have everything I need. 


To top it off, clients report all kinds of shifts and changes happening as soon as they book a session, even though we have yet to meet over the phone!

10. How often do I book sessions & is there anything I can do to improve or my healing work?

Answer:   Frequency is based on the amount of issues you want to deal with,  your retention of the new material and the need you feel based on your own wisdom.  I recommend starting with weekly or every other week sessions to get the optimal energetic support and educational support. If you find you are retaining the information well and you are happy with the pace of improvements, you can gradually increase the interval between. 


Starting up sessions is not limited to being a new client.  We go through periods of time where we need a greater intensity of support where weekly sessions provide what is needed even if there has been no need for a while.  Similarly to when we go through a bout of physical illness and need supplemental support.


In the sessions I usually provide a 3 week marination to support the formation of new neural networks since it takes this duration for formation.  This is separate from your bookings.  You can have a few different marinades going at the same time.  These marinations also help the creation of your new energetic field by bringing greater focus to what you wish to create.


Answer:   The sessions involve educational support to help you create a new energetic field so it is best to review notes, learning and the Free Intake page of the website at least 24 hours after your session.  Keep the Pre-session Form available for anything you want to note and review it between sessions and prior to your session.  Use the Sensation Form in your daily private life to create a new habit of speaking with sensations rather than labels.  Review the Free Intake Session Page prior to your sessions to create a momentum of learning and energetic empowerment leading you into your session.


Secondly, you can get more out of the work and our connection by seeing, receiving and acknowledging the improvements it makes in every moment even if they seem small. This way you grow success and attract more success.  Marinating in sensations of lightness, openness, relaxation and dissipation grow the health and circulation associated with physical, emotional and mental health.  Allow yourself to be where you are at so you can naturally flow to where you need to go.  Savor any sensations you want to grow.  When you notice shifts or changes in your sessions or outside the sessions it is important to receive this for your own shake.  If you discount your shifts your momentum is blocked.  When you savor, notice and even amplify these shifts with gratitude, you grow your momentum and naturally get to where you need to go. 

11. Are there some limitations?

Answer:   Sometimes people feel safer if the facilitator is with them.  If this is the case it would be beneficial to start the Transgenerational Clearing with this valid concern.  Having a local therapist may also be helpful.


Physical detoxification or emotional sensitivity may temporarily increase once you contract with Laurel and prior to or after sessions. This may need to be supported with medical care, additional Transgenerational Clearing, and a local licensed mental health Counselor. Reading the website and listening to the Master Pack Audio Tracks can help with these shifts, bring insights, and prepare you for your session. You may also need to draw on other forms of support before and between sessions.  

12. What if I am sensitive or tend to get overwhelmed with energy work?

Answer:   The whole point of the clearings is to support the decrease of overwhelm and over-stimulation. Sometimes overwhelm will happen in sessions if we are dialoguing about an issue and something gets triggered or a deeper layer is coming to the surface. We handle this by doing a clearing for this so the components of that trigger or layer can get dealt with within the session.  This has shown to strengthen people (in the case of a Surgical Elixir it can help prepare them for the procedure).  I've never seen people get overwhelmed by having clearings to remove overwhelm unless they are overthinking things and letting their brain hijack the situation.  Sometime the physical alchemy can be labeled in a way that creates overwhelm so prevent this by being with the sensations with nose to nose breathing instead of worry or labeling. 

13. What if I get "worse"?

Answer:   You are going through exactly what I went through when I started this work if you are thinking this way.  As soon as I started doing this work it got "worse" and that judgment contributed to the darkness. Truly it's not getting worse, everything's opening up to come out and be dealt with.  The sensations, feelings and issues reflect the old life and generational issues that are trying to come out now that you started this work. You're allowing your mind to hijack the situation versus trusting the process. I did the same thing and it is the norm. The only way it works is to stay out of judgment, analysis and trying to figure it out so the energy can shift to the new energetic field which is about being in sensation. 


Clearings can help you to move "worse" or layers or discomfort with more ease, grace and clarity so you don't have as much suffering. There's a destiny we each have and there's a free will.   People choose this work to learn, grow and awaken more deeply.  As a result, most experience tests and difficulties are more gentle, life is more healthy, easy and happy and family members benefit.  In the beginning of the process, and at times through out it, it's normal for some people to have dark layers come up and sometimes things feel worse because that's the sensation of the old being processed. Some clients have a lot more to process outside the session than others. Some have quantum leaps, experience greater health in all ways and they feel great outside the sessions.  It's not a reflection on you it's just what happens. If you stay in sensation versus the mind judgments and being puzzled, then you are more likely to have more quantum shifts happening outside the session as well as inside the sessions. Staying in sensation rather than moving into "oh no, why isn't this working, what's wrong or why is this happening to me" keeps the shift in wave particles rather than collapsing into reinforcing the manifestation of misery into matter. It's not necessarily the current moment sensation but it feels like it. The more you do the session work with all of this coming up the more it can process and the more you stay with the sensations and use the audio tracks outside the session the more it can process. 


We all have lessons to learn experimentally regardless of this clearing work. The clearing work is one of the biggest things that has helped me through it. I've noticed the clearing work has helped me see situations as opportunities to grow stronger in myself, trust myself and stay in sensations, breathing in and out of my nose, helping me to see and discover more clearly what I need to know so I can fully clear it.


Asking  questions or trying to get a book for this is not going to get you anywhere except back in the mind (you are still welcome to ask me questions). The books I recommend are on the top and bottom of this page. It can be helpful to read those. Ultimately,  it comes back to letting go of figuring it out and being with the sensations. If you are doing this work it is likely you know enough from doing healing work that there are layers with any form of healing.  This work is a different way of moving through the layers because it's not about understanding and analyzing it.  This work uses different realms and accesses them through sensation and breath. When you try to attach meaning and understanding you get further away from the sensations, the resolve and the "magical"  shifts that happen with this unique work.


Reading this free intake session page when you're having a difficult time or prior to a session can help you move through the processing and create this new habitual process or practice of being with sensations. Reading this page also helps strengthen your new energetic field. I'm constantly updating  it with questions and comments I receive.


The last thing I can give you to help you know what's going on is something more clinical but it may be helpful. When somebody has not been able to rely on their parents there can be a pattern of let down and fear of getting help. This plays out in the quantum field until all layers are dealt with so one may sabotage the help they're getting or not fully receive the help they're getting even though their heart is in it and they are a hard worker. It's the  small child running the show who's terrified of getting help and then getting let down or not getting all the help he/she needs or not getting the help in the way she/he needs it. This all plays out until we fully deal with all the layers of it and opportunity to learn or grow from it. 

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.

Clients report shifts and changes of all kinds after the first session.  Often several presenting problems resolve in one session. Transgenerational Clearing clears the barriers so the body can bring in its innate wisdom in whatever forms or layers it needs to facilitate a new normal. 


It is recommend to start with 3 to 5, 1-hour Transgenerational Clearing sessions, booked 1-2 weeks apart.  If there is fall trauma, car accidents, surgeries, dental trauma or any other invasive procedure or situation Self-Regulation Therapy with Transgenerational Clearing is recommended. This can take a few sessions depending on the amount of events. Once all issues on the intake form are dealt with clients will still book sessions for new issues or "layers" that present themselves as they evolve through their life. The number of sessions depends on how many issues or layers are held within the nervous system and the energetic field. Sometimes people will have to work with similar issues several times because they have not accessed all of what was coupled with a particular memory or there is something yet to resolve to neutralize the pattern of holding on to judgments and beliefs that create or recreate the problem or illn.  


This work contributes to the clarity of life's journey and enables deep spiritual and emotional development. We are constantly being given opportunities to grow spiritually, to manifest our true Self and cultivate virtues. If we face difficulties by breathing into the sensations and honoring what we hear in our heart, we create opportunities to grow our well-being. This work enables complete resolve of emotional and mental dis-ease by neutralizing the energy patterns keeping it alive.  This in turn has an impact on the physical health.  In place of illness, clients soon report a daily practice of creating the joyful purposeful life they are meant to live. 

Acute Symptoms

People will book when they have acute symptoms such as colds, flues, migraines, sleep issues, etc. Request an after-hours session if nothing is available in the calendar or use the Master Pack if you can not get in.  


It can be powerful to do this work prior to sleeping or resting so the mind stays out of it. This work is more effective and billows out more when one is being and resting versus thinking or ruminating.


For acute symptoms and any other kind of symptoms, this work is meant to be a support for what you are doing with other practitioners, not a replacement.  We are clearing the energy to help support the body's ability to be a self-healing mechanism which is meant to compliment your doctor's treatments or counselor's therapy, etc.  

Important Tools & Information

Preparing for your sessions:

  • Once you are a Confirmed Client you may now book a 1-hour Transgenerational Clearing session. To deal with presenting issues, three to five, 1-hour sessions, 1-2 weeks apart, are recommended.  These sessions involve educational support to help you create a new energetic field so sessions one to two weeks apart are optimal for retention and support.
  • Your sessions require you to be able to identify sensations. The Sensation Form below will give you an example and a tool you can use both in and outside sessions.
  • The Pre-session Form below is for anything you wish noted between sessions, questions, and information you need to communicate between or prior gto your session.  This includes but is not limited to:  current symptoms, questions, information from your doctor's visit or concerns.  It will help you prepare for your session and support clear communication. Please use this form rather than emailing or calling between sessions unless it is for scheduling. This form is for you to keep. Please have it available for your reference during your session.  
  • Prior to your session send your current treatment plan from your doctor (send updated tx plan at least 24-hrs prior to your session).
  • Self Regulation Therapy and Constellations are offered with Transgenerational Clearing when needed (please read these web pages).
  • It is best to do all sessions sitting or standing. Be in a comfortable, quiet, private place and have a blanket, pillow, tissues, warm water, paper, pen and a headset ready.  Do not let mucus buildup in your nose or throat during your session.  Blow your nose and remove mucus from your throat so you keep these toxins out of your body. The phone session number is: (425) 572-0224.  Please call at the pacific time you are scheduled for your session.  This number is for phone consultations or booking directly with Laurel.  Please use the Pre-session Form to note any questions, comments, clarifications or concerns so they can be addressed during your session.
  • It is helpful to make sure you are hydrated and rested (drinking water at a gentle pace throughout the day and 7 to 8.5 hours of sleep per night). For three days prior to your session please eliminate any alcohol consumption or anything else that may block or aggravate your body or mind (limiting sugar and caffeine is also helpful). 

Guidelines for sessions and outside sessions:

  • Stay focused on what you have shifted and accomplished. The area you focus on will grow.   It's important that you stay in the momentum of what you're gaining.  Where you put your focus is where you end up going and what you end up attracting. 
  • After clearings, first marinate in the “good” changes, shifts and sensations and then address the next layer or what you want to mention next. 
  • Try not to use the word “still “since it will keep you stuck. Instead, verbalize "uncomfortable" sensations or define an issue you want addressed next.  If it is the "same issue" it is usually another component or deeper layer that needs to be acknowledge and addressed.
  • Often sensations related to labels like fear, anxiety or resistance will dissipate naturally if the breath is where you focus rather than getting intellectual. Breathe in and out of the nose making sure the exhale is as long or longer than the inhale or just breathe if this is not comfortable for you.
  • At the end of your session and after the session stay out of your thoughts, don’t let your mind rob you of your achievements from the clearings even if the body is still going through an alchemy where there may be shaking or sensations coming and going as the nervous system finds a new normal. Stay in the improvements you made by continuing to marinate in even the smallest amount of ease, openness, etc. Keep focusing on the breath and the sensations if the mind jumps in trying to question, label or doubt. The clearings can continue to work after the session if the focus remains on the new energetic field, possibility, gratitude, and breath. Taking a nap or a walk is also helpful.
  •  As much as possible stay away from local and international news.  This can be difficult but unless you can make a change there is no sense engaging in it. Trust what you need to know will find you. The changes you make within you will effect  everything and everyone around you.
  • Track your sensations to help ground you. Write them down using the Sensation Form so you start speaking in sensations rather than labels (fear, pain, mad, sad, resistance, etc).  Note anything you want to mention on the Pre-Session Form. 
  • Twice a day (preferably morning and evening) connect to your higher inner self with prayers or meditation.
  • Stay in the present moment ("now...", "up until now...") rather than referencing the past ( "I use to..."  "I always...") so shifts continue to evolve.  
  • Be open and curious, staying clear of expectations.  This way you also stay open to the possibility of something even better than you can imagine (-:

Wellness Goals

When you prepare for your session by reviewing your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of yourself this work can be more empowering.  Getting clear about your goals, writing them out and updating them as this journey unfolds, enables you to continue to progress in creating what serves you.  Any wishes you have are important to communicate including wishes you have for your relationships, family, and the larger community you relate to.  Anything you think is important to mention during your session is welcomed and important to verbalize.

Update Yourself With Healthy Developmental Stages

When you have not received the parenting your need or you have been the parent to your parent(s) the developmental stages are compromised.  You can redo these stages! Use the book "Begin Again" by Dr. Dickson to guide you.  Secondly, the Human Garage offers free fascia release exercises to help your body to repair.  You can also use NeuroVIZR light therapy to support the updates (do ART with your doctor to make sure it is a good fit if you wish).  Lastly, when you get the help you need, marinate in any sensations connected with getting this help including getting the help you need from yourself or a higher power.

Gratitude Practice

Set an intention for a bountiful day by thinking about what you are grateful for and then marinating in the sensations. Ending the day this way also helps to keep this vibration of gratitude attracting what you are grateful for.   


In whatever way you see your value notice it and marinate in the gratitude.  Just the fact that you are doing this work, you are a good listener, you made a good choice, whatever it is, grow it with the gratitude marination.

Make Time For Person Work

Take time in the day to address difficulties you are struggling with.  Use the pre-session form to make notes of what you need help with and listen to the Master Pack audio track #1 or #2 to help yourself process. Coupling this with a walk adds bilateral stimulation for added processing.  Notice what comes to you.  It can be helpful to listen to the Master Pack audio #1 in the am and #2 in the pm or prior to bed.  Honor where you are at while you meditate, listen or go through your routine.


Use the Resources page which is filled with information practitioners normally provide in sessions.  It is yours to use for free! 

Higher Power

Begin the day with a purposeful connection to the Higher Power of your faith or understanding. This further impresses the focus for the day with humility.  In the morning and evening meditate or say one of the prayers from the many subjects listed on the Spiritual Upliftment section of the Resources page (then follow the directions in this section to get the most insights and benefits).

Exercise

Walk in nature with a meditative mind and conscious breathing. If possible,  break a sweat every day. This supports the body's process of decompressing and renewal.  It can also promote a better night sleep.

Meditation and Presence

Meditations can be marinating in sensation you wish to grow, walking, grounding or whatever meditation serves you. Practice whenever you need a break in the day. Practice staying present and grounded in your day especially if it is busy. This purposefulness helps grow your calm and focus.

Joy-Full Living

Find what makes you laugh, brings you joy and generates joy. Be purposeful in creating it or indulging in it every day. Take 20 minutes a day and laugh at funny clips or do a joyful activity.

Practice the Virtues

Notice and acknowledge the virtues in others. Instead of blaming a difficult situation or circumstance on others, empower yourself by seeing the part you play, the options you have and the virtue you need to grow to enable more ease (see the free resources below for virtue cultivation).

Professional help

Invest in professionals when you have a sense you need to rather than waiting until you are suffering or suffered. This communicates to your subconscious mind that you are important! When you make yourself important you attract what is important to you effortlessly. Marinate in the gratitude of this support. Notice the dividends this ends up paying out throughout your life as you grow in importance in every area of  your life.

Diet

Do Autonomic Response Testing with you doctor to find the diet that works best for you and stay tuned into the emotional and physical shifts.  Notice when you need to change your diet due to the seasons or other factors.

Forgiveness or For-Going

Establish a regular forgiveness practice so you are not held in the grip and trauma of the past. When you let go of unhealthy attachments more energy is available for health and compassion. This goes hand in hand with being compassionate instead of empathic. There is no need to carry others with you since they will have to do their own journey regardless.  Carrying them will never help you or them in any way.  Remember you can always do a return to sender exercise.  If this is difficult, listen to whatever audio track speaks to you, make sure you clear or set aside all thoughts and issue prior to going to bed and have a soothing shower if this enhances a deep sleep.

Action on behalf of life transforms. Because the relationship between self and the world is reciprocal, it is not a question of first getting enlightened or saved and then acting. As we work to heal the earth, the earth heals us. The land knows you, even when you are lost.
